NINE UNITED TAK CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Nine United" or "we") takes the protection of your personal information very seriously, so we are committed to taking effective measures to protect your personal information. Nine United has designed Personal Information Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) to show how we collects and uses, shares and protects your personal information and matters related to it. Please be sure to read it carefully before using the Nine United application or website (hereinafter referred to as the "Application/Website").

The Policy covers the collection, use, sharing, protection and management of your personal information and matters related to it while you are browsing and using the Application/Website. For sensitive personal information, we will mark them in bold and underline.

If you are using the Application/Website only for browsing, searching, or inquiring about products, you do not need to register for an account, nor will Nine United collect any personal information from you.

If you would like to participate in any event hosted or recruited by Nine United, apply for samples, redeem points, obtain further information about Nine United products or businesses, or seek cooperation with Nine United, Nine United needs to collect and use your following information to provide basic functions of the Application/Website. Without your providing of the following information, the Application/Website will not be able to properly provide you with the service described above. Basic business functions and the types of personal information we collect include:

1.1 In order to create an account as a member of the Application/Website, we need to collect your phone number, to which we will send a text message with a PIN code to verify the validity of your phone number.
1.2 In order to push different business features, we will confirm your access identity, such as general visitor, distributor/partner, KOL/media, designer, employee, etc. When you select to continue your registration with selected identity, we will collect further information such as your name, gender, company name, position, company address and email, previous works, media name, settling city, cooperation intention, etc.
1.3 If you have submitted some or all of the above information through other Nine United channels, we will import your relevant information directly from those channels.
1.4 In order to safeguard your normal use of our online service and security of your account, and to optimize our service, we will collect your device information, including device model, operating system, unique device identifier (IMEI/IDFA/OAID/IDFV/MEID/IMSI), login IP address, method and status of network connection, network condition, device accelerators, service logs, and we will also collect your browsing history.

2. Device Permissions

The Application/Website may request the following permissions of your device in a necessary extent for providing you with the service. Nine United will not turn these permissions on by default, so that the Application/Website won’t collect your personal information until you actively confirm to turn on these permissions. You can check the status of these permissions in your device and decide to turn them on or off at any time (this may vary from device to device and usually can be modified in the "settings" of your device, please consult the manufacturer of your device for details). Please noted that by turning these permissions on, you are authorizing Nine United to collect and use relative personal information, and by turning them off, you are revoking your authorization, so that Nine United will neither collect or use these personal information, nor provide you with the service corresponding to the permissions. Your shifting will not affect our previous processing to your personal information based on your authorization.

3. How we use the collected information

We use the collected information, which may include your sensitive personal information, for the following purposes:
3.1 To provide you with features and services related to your occupation or status;
3.2 To contact you, to send you samples/gifts, to expand opportunities for business cooperation with you, to invite you to attend events;
3.3 To display your membership information, membership level;
3.4 To have access to membership benefits;
3.5 To check, maintain, update the Application/Website, to take security measures to the network, and to improve and optimize the service;
3.6 To provide message, data, notification push service;
3.7 To enhance and improve our products and service, we may de-identify the collected information for research, statistical analysis and forecasting to support our products and service;
3.8 To comply with laws and regulations, government and judicial orders or requirements of relevant authorities.

We will not use the collected information for the purposes other than those described below or beyond the scope of this Policy. When we want to use the collected information for the purposes other than those stated, we will ask for your prior consent.

4. How we use Cookie and similar technology

We may use Cookies and other similar technologies to know about your use of the Application/Website.

4.1 Cookie

Cookies are used for any purpose other than those described in this policy. You may modify your acceptance of Cookies or refuse our Cookies if your browser or browser add-on service allows you to do so. The "Help" section of most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new Cookies, or to shut down Cookies completely. We may share your personal information with vendors who assist us in the development, operation and maintenance of the Application/Website, parties for data analysis, and partners who organize and execute events and promotional programs. We will comply with strict data protection measures with each of them and ask them to handle the personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except:

(1) Transferring with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we may transfer your personal information to other parties.

(2) In the event of a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation of Nine United or its service providers, if the transfer of personal information is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be subject to this Policy, otherwise, we will require the company, organization and individual to seek for your authorization again.

We will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

(1) We may publicly disclose your personal information publicly with your explicit consent or based on your voluntary choice.

(2) Disclosure based on legal requirements: We may disclose your personal information publicly as required by laws, legal procedures, litigations, or mandatory requirements of the authorities. If we determine that you have violated a law or regulation or breached Nine United service agreement, or if in order to protect the safety and property of our users or the public, we may disclose your personal information, including relevant violations and the actions Nine United has taken against you, in accordance with laws or regulations or with your consent.

5.4 Exceptions to prior authorizations for sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of personal information

We can share, transfer, or publicly disclosure your personal information without your prior authorization in the following circumstances:

(1) related to national security or national defense security;
(2) related to public security, public health, compelling public interests;
(3) related to judicial or administrative enforcement, such as criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment execution;
(4) for the purpose of safeguarding the life, property and other vital legal rights and interests of you or other individuals, when it is difficult to obtain your consent;
(5) personal information that publicly disclosed by yourself.
(6) personal information collected from legitimate public channels, such as legitimate news reports, disclosure of government information, etc.

Please be aware that, in accordance with applicable laws, if we have taken technical measures and other necessary measures to process your personal information, so that the recipient cannot re-identify the specific individual or recover it, the sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of such de-identified information won’t require extra notification to you or your consent.

6. How we protect your personal information

6.1 We have taken security protection measures conforming to the industrial standards to protect the personal information you provide and to prevent the data from being unauthorized accessed, disclosed publicly, used, modified, damaged or lost. We will take all reasonable and practicable measures to protect your personal information, this includes, but is not limited to, SSL encrypted protection through the exchange of data between your browser and the Service; we also provide https secure browsing for the website; we use encrypting technology to ensure data confidentiality; we use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on data; we deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to the personal information; and we conduct security and privacy training courses to enhance employees’ awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.

6.2 We will take all reasonably and practicable measures to ensure that no unrelated personal information is collected. We will only retain your personal information for the necessary time in the purposes of use described in the Policy, unless an extended retention period is required (e.g., to cooperate with a governmental or judicial investigation, to provide you with services in free during a major catastrophic incident) or is mandated by law.

6.3 The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and additionally, the E-mail, instant messaging and other communication means with other users are not encrypted. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you will not send personal information through such means. And please set up complex passwords to help us keep your account secure.

6.4 We have managed compliance with the collection, use, sharing, processing and other practices related to personal information, and we have used appropriate technical measures and organizational settings, including encryption, classification and rights management, to protect your personal information.

7. Your rights to your personal information

7.1 You have the right to look up, copy, correct, supplement and delete your personal information, with the exceptions provided by laws and regulations. You can access and update your personal information and account information through the Application/Website, and take actions such as account binding and password modification, etc.

7.2 Change the scope of your authorization or withdraw it.
You may change or withdraw your authorizations by deleting your personal information, changing your privacy settings, or changing your device permissions in the Application/Website, (this may vary from device to device and can generally be modified in "settings" in your device, please consult the manufacturer of your device for details). After your previous changes on settings, we will not be able to provide you with the service related to the withdrawn authorization, but this will not affect the processing of your personal information already carried out on the basis of your authorization.

7.3 You have the right to cancel your account. For account cancellation, please note that:
7.3.1 You can cancel your account via the following path: The Application/Website - Mine - Personal Information - Account Cancellation.
7.3.2 The account needs to meet the following conditions for cancellation:
A. The account is in a secure state: In the past two weeks, you have not performed any sensitive operations such as changing the password, changing the binding, etc. Your account is not at risk of being stolen, blocked, etc.
B. Orders in service/credit center have been completed: Your account has no outstanding service/credit center orders or funding issues pending.
7.3.3 Effects on account cancellation:
A. We are unable to provide you with online service anymore.
B. The account is unrecoverable after a successful cancellation. You will need to back up the information and data involved in your account before cancellation.
C. After a successful cancellation, you will not be able to retrieve any information in the Nine United account (even if you register again with the same phone number).

8. Dispute settlement and ways to contact us

The Application/Website is developed and operated by NINE UNITED TAK CO., LTD. If you have any questions or requests while using, you can contact us by sending email to nineunitedtak@nineunited.cn, and generally we will reply within 15 working days after verifying your identity.

If you think we have violated your legal rights, you can not only contact us through the above ways, you can also file a complaint to relevant authorities, or submit the dispute to the court with jurisdiction where we are located for litigation.
